Rohtas Goel appointed as President of NAREDCO

New Delhi, December 19, 2007: Mr Rohtas Goel, CMD, Omaxe Ltd has been unanimously elected as the President of National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) in an AGM held today at Hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi.

Addressing the newly elected committee Mr Goel said that, “My vision is to create real estate development council in every state of India and create a collective body seeking support from Central and State Government to remove obstacle that the real estate industry is facing today.” He further added saying that, “with a vision of commitment we will work to take NAREDCO to new heights.”

The young, energetic and progressive team of new office bearers promised to work in synergy for the growth of the real estate sector and NAREDCO.

NAREDCO, the apex regulatory body established under the aegis of Union Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation working for the development & promotion council for housing, real estate & allied sectors in India.
