Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd approves grant of 1.5 lakh options

The Compensation (ESOP) Committee of the Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd at their meeting held today, has approved grant of 1,50,000 Stock Options under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company.

The committee also noted details of 15,61,838 Stock Options lapsed under various Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company, during the year ended March 31, 2018.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.295.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 282.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 596025 in over 6728 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 298.5 and intraday low of 277.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 171887063.
