The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of DCB Bank Ltd in its meeting held on April 13, 2018 (the date of Grant) has granted 40,000 equity stock options to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of Sub-Plan II of the DCB Bank Limited-Employees Stock Option Plan (the ESOP Plan) at the Closing Market Price of Rs.176.45 on April 12, 2018 at NSE (being the highest volume traded).
