JM Financial Ltd approves grant of 18,48,018 options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of JM Financial Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the grant of 18,48,018 options giving rise to the issuance of equivalent number of equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company to the eligible employees.

Shares of JM FINANCIAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.136.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 141485 in over 1600 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.25 and intraday low of 136.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19604192.
