Canara Bank allots 13,59,54,616 shares to Government of India

Canara Bank has today (27.03.2018) allotted 13,59,54,616 fresh equity shares of Rs 10/- each at an issue price of Rs 357.84/share to the Government of India, the promoters consequent to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General meeting held on 01.03.2018.

Shares of CANARA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.268.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 905133 in over 6969 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 277 and intraday low of 265.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 244978895.
