The members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UPL Limited have approved the allotment of 9,589 equity shares, by way of Circular Resolution, to the employees on 23rd March, 2018 pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan - 2013 of the Company.
