The Initial Public Offering of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has evoked excellent response from investors with the issue receiving subscription of 86.53 times till 6 PM on 12-December-2007.

The IPO opened for subscription by investors on December 7, 2007 and closes for subscription today December 12, 2007.

The IPO has received total bids for 259167615 equity shares against the offer of 2995000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 33483465 equity shares at cut-off price.
