HDFC Bank allots 1329450 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 1329450 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5187521634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5190180534 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1857.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1839.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 104364 in over 1859 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1863.55 and intraday low of 1845.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 193478307.
