Matrimony.com Ltd grants 23300 options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Matrimony.com Ltd, pursuant to the authority granted by the Shareholder's resolution passed through Postal Ballot on 02nd January, 2018, in its meeting held today, has approved grant of 23300 stock options under 'Matrimony.com Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 ("ESOS 2014")' to the employees of the Company at different exercise prices.

Shares of Matrimony.com Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.802 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 806.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 636 in over 36 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 833.2 and intraday low of 802. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 513997.
