Brigade Enterprises Limited IPO Receives 1.89 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering of Brigade Enterprises Limited has received subscription of 1.89 times till 2 PM on 12-December-2007.

The IPO opened for subscription by investors on December 10, 2007 and closes for subscription on December 13, 2007.

The IPO has received total bids for 31370256 equity shares against the offer of 16624720 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 650032 equity shares at cut-off price.

J.P. Morgan India Private Limited and Enam Securities Private Limited are the Global Co-ordinators and Book Running Lead Managers to the issue. ICICI Securities Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue.
