The Board of Frontier Informatics Limited has allotted 60,00,000 Equity shares of Rs.1/- each to Mr. Mullapudi Achuta Rama Rao on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time and in terms of the In-principle Approval received from BSE.
