The Initial Public Offering of BGR Energy Systems Ltd has evoked overwhelming response from investors with the issue receiving 92.09 times subscription till 4 PM on 12-December-2007.

The IPO opened for subscription by investors on December 5, 2007 and closes for subscription today December 12, 2007.

The issue has received total bids for 841328922 equity shares against the offer of 9136000 equity shares. The issue has also received bids for 55930756 equity shares at cut-off price.
