Frontier Informatics to approve allotment of 60 lakh shares

The Board Meeting of M/s. Frontier Informatics Limited will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company at 4:30 P.M, to consider and approve Allotment of 60,00,000 (Sixty Lakh only) Equity Shares issued on preferential basis to sri Mullapudi Achuta Rama Rao.

The Board will also have general discussion about other matters as per the agenda of the meeting.
