Porinju's firm, PMS increase stake in VA Tech Wabag Ltd

Equity Intelligence India Pvt Ltd has announced that portfolio management clients of Equity Intelligence India Pvt Ltd, EQ India Fund and Equity Intelligence India Pvt Ltd (Equity Intelligence group) have announced the increase in their shareholding in VA Tech Wabag Ltd (company).



Equity Intelligene group have acquired 1,91,200 equity shares or 0.35% in the company through open market purchase. This has led to the increase in stake of Equity Intelligence group from 25,44,511 equity shares or 4.66% to 27,35,711 equity shares or 5.01%.

Equity Intelligence group belongs to ace investor Porinju Veliyath.

Shares of VA TECH WABAG LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.503.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 507. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19567 in over 676 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 509.05 and intraday low of 490.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9738567.
