Gail India Ltd fixes Mar 29, 2018 as record date for bonus issue

For the purpose of allotment of bonus shares 'RECORD DATE' will be Thursday, 29th March, 2018, if issuance of bonus shares is approved by the shareholders of Gail India Ltd through postal ballot process and results of Postal Ballot will be announced on Wednesday, 21st March, 2018.

Shares of GAIL (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.437.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 436.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54939 in over 1135 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 442.5 and intraday low of 436.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24115444.
