Lactose India Ltd to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 16, 2018

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Lactose India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, 16th Day of March, 2018, at AG-02, Ground Floor, A Wing, Navbharat Estates, Zakaria Bunder Road, Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400015 to consider, approve & allot Second Tranche of Equity Shares on conversion of convertible warrants into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued on preferential basis.
