Quintegra Solutions to issue 27 Lakh Warrants at Rs 126

Quintegra Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2007, has approved the issue of upto 27,00,000 warrants convertible into 27,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, at a price of Rs 126/- per warrant on a preferential basis to promoters / institutional investors / individuals / corporate bodies / Key management personnel / trust / other eligible investors.
