Piramal Enterprises Ltd allots 74,85,574 equity shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the finalization of basis of allotment of the rights issue in consultation with BSE Limited, the Committee at their meeting held today i.e. March 8. 20 18, has considered and approved the Allotment of 74,85,574 equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each, at an issue price of Rs. 2.380 per equity share including a premium of Rs. 2,378 per equity share to the eligible applicants.

Shares of PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2310 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2302.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16279 in over 1652 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2345 and intraday low of 2279.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37701362.
