HDFC Mutual Funds dump TeamLease Services Ltd's shares

HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd (HDFCAMC) is the trustee for the schemes launched by HDFC Mutual Fund. HDFCAMC has announced that the aggregate holding of the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund in TeamLease Services Ltd (company) was 8.996% (15,38,093 equity shares) of the paid up equity capital of the company earlier.

There has been a decrease in the shareholding of the company by the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund by 4.810% as of March 7, 2018. As on March 7, 2018 the aggregate holding of the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund in the company is 4.186% (7,15,664 equity shares) of the paid up equity capital of the company.

The HDFC Mutual Fund through schemes HDFC Core and Satellite Fund and HDFC Prudence Fund have sold 8,22,429 equity shares or 4.810% through market sale on March 7, 2018.

Shares of TeamLease Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2185 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2151. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4878 in over 886 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2250 and intraday low of 2160.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10746275.
