DSP BlackRock Funds stake crosses 5% in Indoco Remedies Ltd

DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt Ltd (DSPBRTC) is the trustee for the schemes launched by DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund (DSPBRMF) and DSP BlackRock Alternative Investment Fund (DSPBRAIF). DSPBRTC on behalf of the schemes of the DSPBRMF and DSPBRAIF has acquired equity shares of Indoco Remedies Ltd (company).

One of the scheme(s) of DSPBRAIF viz DSP BlackRock AIF Pharma Fund has acquired 71,308 equity shares of the company on March 5, 2018 due to which the shareholding in the company across various schemes under DSPBRMF and DSPBRAIF has increased beyond 5% of the paid up capital of the company. The current shareholding across the schemes in the company is 5.02%.

DSPBRMF and DSPBRAIF, through various schemes had 45,51,786 equity shares or 4.94% stake in the company. With the acquisition of 71,308 equity shares of the company due to which the shareholding in the company via various schemes has increased to 5.02% of the paid up capital of the company.

After the acquisition, DSPBRMF and DSPBRAIF through various schemes hold 46,23,094 equity shares of the company or 5.02% of the paid up capital of the company.

Shares of INDOCO REMEDIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.252 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 242.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9080 in over 326 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 254.9 and intraday low of 230.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2198268.
