The Committee of Directors of TTK Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held today (i.e.) 2nd March, 2018 allotted 63,64,350 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each fully paid-up to the Shareholders of the erstwhile TTK Protective Devices Limited, which merged with the Company.

Shares of TTK HEALTHCARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1171.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1211.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2680 in over 312 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1237 and intraday low of 1160. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3203032.
