RMC Switchgears Ltd approves allotment of 10 lakh shares at Rs. 70

The Board of Directors of RMC Switchgears Ltd in their Meeting held on 28th February, 2018, have considered and approved the allotment of 10,00,000 Equity Shares at issue price of Rs.70/- (including premium of Rs.60/- each).

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Dixit as additional Director has been deferred by the Board and appointment of Mr. Himanshu Goyal (DIN 03101053 )as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from February 28, 2018 to hold office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
