HDFC Bank allots 1695600 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 1695600 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5184130434 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5187521634 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1855.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1863.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49984 in over 1452 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1875 and intraday low of 1853.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 92972150.
