Narendra Investments Delhi Ltd allots 8 lakh shares

The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Narendra Investments Delhi Ltd held on Wednesday 21st February, 2018 at 5.00 p.m at the Registered office of the company had considered, approved and allotted 8,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share on preferential basis to non-promoters of the Company at a price of Rs. 25/- per share including share premium of Rs. 15/- per share as per the shareholder's approval in the EGM held on 3rd February, 2018 and in-principal approval from stock exchange.
