Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd allots 6840 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has approved an allotment of 6,840 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
