The Board of Directors of Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd at their Meeting held on today i.e 15th February, 2018 has allotted 10,00,000 (Ten Lacs) Convertible Warrants of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) at a price of Rs. 92.60/- (Ninety Two Rupees and Sixty Paise) per Convertible Warrants (including a premium of Rs. 82.60/- per Convertible Warrants) on preferential basis to the Nimit R Ghatalia, Promoter.
