eClerx Services Limited IPO Subscribed 1.75 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of eClerx Services Limited which opened for subscription by investors on December 4, 2007 has received good response. The issue has received subscription of 1.75 times till 5:00 PM on December 6, 2007.

The issue has received bids for 6528020 equity shares against the offer of 3740740 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 759520 equity shares at Cut-off Price.

Out of the issue, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion has received bids for 2.5221 times with bids for 5660640 equity shares against the offer of 2244444 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 6820 shares against the offer of 374074 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0182 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received subscription of 0.7668 times with bids for 860560 shares against the offer of 1122222 equity shares.

The IPO closes for subscription by investors on December 7, 2007.
