DCB Bank allots 2950 shares

DCB Bank Limited has issued and allotted 2,950 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on January 17, 2018, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 307,904,443 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.193.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 193.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 126151 in over 1218 trades.
