Bank of India Ltd to consider capital raising plans on Jan 20, 2018

Bank of India Ltd has on December 29, 2017 received infusion of Rs.2,257 Crore from Government of India, in form of Common Equity Tier-1 Capital, which is being kept as Share Application Money.

A meeting of Board of Directors has been scheduled on January 20, 2018 to consider capital raising plans by the Bank.

Shares of BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.166.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 184809 in over 1394 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 167.5 and intraday low of 162.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30682747.
