Equitas Holdings Ltd approves allotment of 1,60,910 equity shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of Equitas Holdings Ltd has, on January 02, 2018, approved allotment of 1,60,910 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options vide Resolution by Circulation dated January 02, 2018. The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 339,74,07,890 to Rs. 339,90,16,990.

The new equity shares issued shall rank pari passu with existing equity shares.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.145.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 80826 in over 645 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 148.75 and intraday low of 144.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11816424.
