AXIS Bank allots 18150 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 18,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 02.01.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,82,48,684 (256,41,24,342 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,82,84,984 (256,41,42,492 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.559.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 564.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 237026 in over 3585 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 568.5 and intraday low of 556.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 133306532.
