AXIS Bank allots 12650 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 12,650 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 27.12.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,82,23,384 (256,41,11,692 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,82,48,684 (256,41,24,342 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.547.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 554.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 244602 in over 2856 trades.
