Poddar Housing and Development Ltd approves Rs. 100 crores worth NCD issue

The Board of Directors of Poddar Housing and Development Limited at their meeting held on December 12, 2017 have amongst other item have considered and approved the issue Non-convertible Secured Redeemable Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 100 Crore.

Shares of Poddar Housing and Development Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1500 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1528.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 253 in over 39 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1549.1 and intraday low of 1495. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 380660.
