Jyothy Laboratories Limited IPO subscribed 39.96 times

The Offer for Sale of Jyothy Laboratories Limited has received 39.96 times subscription till 4:00 PM on November 27, 2007.

The issue opened for subscription on November 22, 2007 and closes for subscription today - November 27, 2007.

The issue has received total bids for 177014080 equity shares against the offer of 4430260 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 12872280 equity shares at cut-off price.

The company came out with an IPO of 4430260 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each through an offer for sale by the selling shareholders for cash at a price band of Rs 620 to Rs 690 through 100% Book Building process.

The offer would constitute 30.52% of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

The Equity Shares offered through this public issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ("BSE") and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE").
