NIIT Ltd allots 57929 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Ltd has allotted 57,929 (Fifty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each in accordance with terms of ESOP-2005.
