Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd allots 14179 shares

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, at its meeting held today, has allotted 14,179 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and OFSS Stock Plan 2014. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs.426,667,385/- divided into 85,333,477 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3700.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3665.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1053 in over 150 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3710 and intraday low of 3676. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3894602.
