NIIT Ltd allots 2,65,245 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Ltd has allotted 2,65,245 (Two Lac Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Five Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each in accordance with terms of ESOP-2005.
