Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd approves redemption of NCCRPS

The Board of Directors of Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 07.11.2017, considered and approved redemption of 11,50,000 12 % Non-convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each ('NCCRPS') out of the profits. The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, November 17, 2017 as the Record Date for determining the Preference Shareholders who will be entitled to receive the Redemption and Dividend amount on the aforesaid NCCRPS.

The NCCRPS holders whose names appear on Register of Members of the Company and/or whose names appear as beneficial owners as per records of NSDL & CDSL, as at the close of the working hours on Friday, November 17, 2017 will be entitled to receive the aforesaid Redemption Amount.

Shares of Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.208.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 219.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5793 in over 38 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 223.9 and intraday low of 208.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1224393.
