Eon Electric Limited allots 8,45,000 shares

On October 27, 2017 Eon Electric Limited ('the Company') has issued and allotted 8,45,000 (Eight Lacs Forty Five Thousand only) Equity Shares of the face value Rs. 5/- each to the, Promoter group entities, upon exercise/conversion of equivalent number of warrants, which were allotted pursuant to and in terms of Shareholders' approval in the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30.09.2016.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 8,45,12,330/- divided into 1,69,02,466 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 5/- each.

Further Consequent to the said allotment, the shareholding of the Promoters and Promoters group has increased to 61.75% of the enhanced paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Shares of EON ELECTRIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.121.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 115.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85436 in over 611 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 121.1 and intraday low of 109.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9724842.
