Equitas Holdings Ltd allots 2,04,403 equity shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Equitas Holdings Ltd in its meeting held on 26th October, 2017 has approved an allotment of 2,04,403 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs.339,27,60,280 to Rs.339,48,04,310.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.146.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 654827 in over 6012 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152.9 and intraday low of 145.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 97251003.
