HDFC Bank Ltd allots 2056400 equity shares

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted today 2056400 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5167993234 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs.5172106034 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1798 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1794.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 580360 in over 5188 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1810 and intraday low of 1685. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1031666591.
