A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ashapura Intimates Fashion Limited will be held on Wednesday, 25th October, 2017 at 11.00 A.M. at the registered office at Shop No. 3-4 Ground Floor, Pacific Plaza, Plot No. 507, TPS IV, Off B. S. Road, Mahim Division, Dadar (West), Mumbai-400028. to consider and approve the allotment of Non Convertible Debentures and allotment of Warrants to HT Media Limited.

The Board will also consider any other matter with the permission of the board.
