AXIS Bank allots 13550 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 13,550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 09.10.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,54,36,148 (239,77,18,074 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,54,63,248 (239,77,31,624 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.505.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 504.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 159767 in over 1930 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 508.6 and intraday low of 501.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 80756048.
