Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited allots 27,191 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited vide its resolution passed today i.e. 26th September, 2017 issued and allotted 27,191 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employee under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007 and 2015. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,783,400,510/- to Rs. 3,783,672,420/-.

Shares of Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.233.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66095 in over 204 trades.
