Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd approves draft offer letter for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 22/09/2017, approved the Draft Letter of Offer for proposed Rights Issue not exceeding Rs. 30 Crores to be submitted with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and BSE Ltd.

The Board also approved publication and contents of public announcement for the Rights Issue to be made in accordance with Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of SCANPOINT GEOMATICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44683 in over 169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 22.2 and intraday low of 20.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 919308.
