The Board of Directors of Relstruct Buildcon Ltd at their meeting held on 18th September, 2017 approved and resolved the proposal to issue up to 70,00,000 warrants convertible into Equity Shares on Preferential basis to the Promoters/Promoters Group and Non - Promoters at the Price Calculated in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of capital and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2009 for meeting long term expenditure & working capital on ongoing projects at Boisar and Chembur, Mumbai.
