D B Corp Ltd approves allotment of 17,986 shares under ESOP / ESPS

On September 15, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of D B Corp Ltd has allotted 17,986 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 17,986 stock options under DBCL-ESOS-2010 and DBCL-ESOS-2011 - Schemes to its employees covered under the scheme.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with existing capital. The company is initiating corporate action with the Depositories and will submit necessary documents to you in due course for purpose of listing of the shares.

The Existing Issued and Paid-up Capital (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) was 18,39,34,832 and the Revised Issued and Paid-up Capital (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) is 18,39,52,818.

Shares of D B Corp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.368.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 366.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1638 in over 70 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 370.6 and intraday low of 366. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 602234.
