Nila Infrastructures Ltd allots 496500 shares

The Compensation Committee of Nila Infrastructures Ltd has today under the ESOP scheme "Nila Infrastructures Ltd. ESOP. - 2014" made allotment of 496500 (Four Lac Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) equity shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 6.64/- per share to the employees of the Company consequent upon exercise of stock options.

The issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company is therefore now increased to Rs. 393,889,200 comprising of 393889200 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Shares of NILA INFRASTRUCTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1872418 in over 1278 trades.
