Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd allots 3999 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has approved an allotment of 3,999 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

Shares of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1171.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1171.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4929 in over 324 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1194.45 and intraday low of 1169.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5821524.
