Fortis Financial Board allots 10,71,400 shares on preferential basis at Rs.70

Fortis Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2006, has allotted 10,71,400 Equity Shares @ Rs 70 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each to Mr Sanjay Padode on preferential basis.
